From your first capture to saving a photo again, find the steps you need here.
Take a photo or video
- Open the app and enable camera access. Location is optional.
- Tap “Templates” to choose a watermark. With Liuji Pro, tap the watermark or “Edit Watermark” to change its content or style, then tap “Done”.
- Drag the watermark to position it, choose Photo or Video, and tap the capture button.
- Check the save result and find your finished capture in Photos.
Common questions
My photo did not save to Photos. What can I do?
Open Settings > Permissions in the app and allow saving to Photos. Check that your device has free storage. Then open Settings > Unsaved Photos, select the photo, and tap “Save to Photos”. You can also share it to an app you choose. Unsaved photos are stored on this device and are deleted if you delete the app.
How do I restore camera access?
Open Settings > Permissions in the app, enable camera access in system Settings, and return to the app. If another app is using the camera, finish that capture or video call and try again.
Why is the location unavailable?
The app stops using an address when access is denied, the signal is weak, or the location result is out of date. Allow location access while using the app and wait where the signal is better. You can keep shooting without location. Pro users can also hide the location field in the watermark editor.
Why is my video silent?
You can record silent videos without microphone access. To include sound, enable microphone access in system Settings before your next recording.
How do I edit watermark text and style?
Editing content, field visibility, style and location text requires Liuji Pro. Basic templates and photo and video capture are free. With Pro, tap the watermark in the preview. Under “Content”, edit text such as the title and notes, or hide fields. Under “Style”, adjust opacity, size, and supported theme colors. Time and location come from your device. Pro also lets you customize the location text; this does not change coordinates or photo location metadata. Tap “Done” to save or “Cancel” to discard your changes.
How do I restore Pro or manage a subscription?
Open Settings > Liuji Pro and tap “Restore Purchases” while using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Tap “Manage Subscriptions” to manage renewal. Buying Lifetime Pro does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; cancel its renewal in your Apple subscription settings to avoid another charge.
Are my captures uploaded?
The production app processes captures and templates on your device and does not send them to third-party AI services. Address lookup uses Apple system services. iCloud syncing after saving to Photos depends on your system settings. Sharing passes your content to the recipient or app you choose. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Do watermarks prove that a photo is authentic?
Watermarks help describe your records. Time comes from your device clock and location depends on system services. The app does not provide tamper protection, trusted timestamps, or legal authenticity certification.
